卡吕冬野猪狩猎（κυνήγι του Καλυδωνίου Κάπρου）是第二次聚集当代英雄参加的活动，在阿尔戈船远征之后，特洛伊战争之前。

卡吕冬（Καλυδών）城邦国王欧纽斯（Οἰνεύς）在一次祭祀众神的丰年祭典中独独遗忘对阿尔忒弥斯献祭，女神怒而派遣所有动物中一只最为凶恶、体型庞大又强壮的山猪侵扰卡吕东一带。年轻有为的卡吕冬王子梅列阿格罗斯（Μελέαγρος）便召集希腊各城邦的英雄来此消弥这祸害。

The Calydonian or Aetolian Boar (Greek:ὁ Καλυδώνιος κάπρος or ὁ Καλυδώνιος ὗς) is one of the monsters of Greek mythology that had to be overcome by heroes of the Olympian age. Sent by Artemis to ravage the region of Calydon in Aetolia because its king failed to honor her in his rites to the gods, it was killed in the Calydonian Hunt, in which many male heroes took part, but also a powerful woman, Atalanta, who won its hide by first wounding it with an arrow. This outraged some of the men, with tragic results. Strabo was under the impression that the Calydonian Boar was an offspring of the Crommyonian Sow vanquished by Theseus.
