汉斯·卡罗萨（Hans Carossa；1878年12月15日－1956年9月12日）是德国小说家与诗人，以其自传式小说最为有名。
卡罗萨出生于Bad Tölz，修习药学，于1916～1918年间担任战场军医。1931年获颁瑞士的Gottfried Keller Prize，并于1938年获得歌德奖。1956年去世于Rittsteig bei Passau。

He was born in Bad Tölz, Bavaria and studied medicine, working as a field surgeon from 1916 to 1918. |
