阉伶，也叫去势男高音、阉人歌手等，是16世纪至18世纪期间，欧洲的一种独特的艺人。他们都是一些在童年时接受过阉割手术的男性歌手，去势的目的是为了保持童声，以便成为男性女高音或男性女低音歌唱者。
