粉肠是中国广东和香港的一种食品，指猪的十二指肠，因煮熟后有部份组织(乳糜)呈粉状，故名。要取得好吃的粉肠，在屠宰前必须让猪只空腹。没有清理过而内藏蛔虫的粉肠，俗称「肠套肠」或「苦肠」。
虽然牛也有粉肠，但因为质感欠佳，所以很少被人食用。
在中国北方，粉肠亦是指北京、河北及东北内蒙等地区流行的用淀粉糊混合肥猪肉及大油等作为馅料，并灌注在普通肠衣中蒸煮后晾干而成的一种香肠食品。
