亚瑟·查理斯·克拉克爵士，CBE（Sir Arthur Charles Clarke，1917年12月16日－2008年3月19日），是英国作家、发明家，尤其以撰写科幻小说闻名。他与艾萨克·阿西莫夫、罗伯特·海因莱茵并称为二十世纪三大科幻小说家。

克拉克最知名的科幻小说作品是《2001太空漫游》。该书由导演斯坦利·库布里克于1968年拍摄成同名电影，成为科幻电影的经典名作。克拉克于2008年3月19日在斯里兰卡辞世，享寿90岁。他在临终前刚完成最后一本书《The Last Theorem》的校对工作，该书已于2008年出版。

Sri Lankabhimanya Sir Arthur Charles Clarke, CBE, FRAS (16 December 1917 – 19 March 2008) was a British science fiction writer, science writer and futurist, inventor, undersea explorer, and television series host.

He is perhaps most famous for being co-writer of the screenplay for the movie 2001: A Space Odyssey, widely considered to be one of the most influential films of all time. His other science fiction writings earned him a number of Hugo and Nebula awards, which along with a large readership made him one of the towering figures of science fiction. For many years Clarke, Robert Heinlein and Isaac Asimov were known as the "Big Three" of science fiction.
