Cosoleacaque in Veracruz, Mexico. It is located in the south-east zone of the State of Veracruz, about 300 km from state capital Xalapa. It has a surface of 234.42 km2. It is located at 18°00′N 94°38′W / 18.000°N 94.633°W / 18.000; -94.633.

The municipality of Cosoleacaque is delimited to the north by Coatzacoalcos and Pajapan, to the south by Minatitlán, to the east by Ixhuatlán del Sureste and Nanchital and to the west by Chinameca.
