阿伊莱乌（Aileu）是东帝汶的一个城市，是阿伊莱乌区的首府，位于首都帝力以南47公里，人口17,536。

Aileu is the main township in Aileu Subdistrict, Aileu District, East Timor. It is located 47 km southwest of Dili, the national capital, and has a population of 2,788 (2015).

In Portuguese Timor, the city was known as Vila General Carmona, after the Portuguese dictator António Óscar Carmona.
