约翰·德米扬鲁克（乌克兰语：Іван Миколайович Дем'янюк；英语：John Demjanjuk，1920年4月3日－2012年3月17日）是退休汽车工人，前美国公民。2011年，德国法院宣判年届91岁的德米扬鲁克在索比堡灭绝营谋杀超过28000名犹太人罪名成立，判处监禁5年。但法院允许他获释等候上诉。

德米扬鲁克在波苏战争期间出生于乌克兰基辅省，在1952年移民到美国。他在1986年被引渡到以色列就战争罪行受审，其后被判处死刑。他罪名成立是因为犹太人大屠杀中以色列幸存者指认他是「恐怖伊凡」，即特雷布林卡和索比堡灭绝营的著名守卫，于1942至1943年间谋杀和大量残害集中营囚犯。1993年，因发现证据指出德米扬鲁克并非「恐怖伊凡」，而且在特雷布林卡以外的一个集中营服役，以色列最高法院撤回德米扬鲁克的反人道罪名。

John Demjanjuk (born Ivan Mykolaiovych Demianiuk; Ukrainian:Іван Миколайович Дем'янюк; 3 April 1920 – 17 March 2012) was a retired Ukrainian-American auto worker, a former soldier in the Soviet Red Army, and a POW during the Second World War.

John (Ivan) Demjanjuk was convicted in 2011 in Germany as an accessory to the murder of 28,060 Jews while acting as a guard at the Sobibór extermination camp in occupied Poland. Since his conviction was pending appeal at the time of his death, Demjanjuk remained innocent under German law, his conviction not having undergone the appeal judgment. According to the Munich state court, Demjanjuk does not have a criminal record.
