阿勒格嫩达河是印度的河流，位于北阿坎德邦，是恒河的东源，河道全长190公里，流域面积10,882平方公里，平均流量每秒439.36立方米。阿勒格嫩达河流至特赫里加瓦尔县南部的德沃普拉耶格，与西源帕吉勒提河汇集后，始称恒河。

The Alaknanda is a Himalayan river in the Indian state of Uttarakhand and one of the two headstreams of the Ganga, the major river of Northern India and the holy river of Hinduism. In hydrology, the Alaknanda is considered the source stream of the Ganges on account of its greater length and discharge; however, in Hindu mythology and culture, the other headstream, the Bhagirathi, is considered the source stream.
