Dichloroacetylene
Dichloroacetylene (DCA) is an oily pyrophoric liquid chemical compound with the chemical formula C2Cl2. Its odor is sweet and "disagreeable". The compound is volatile at standard temperature and pressure and explodes on contact with air. It is a toxic compound. It displays nephrotoxic effects to rats, but not to humans. It can be made from the compound trichloroethylene. Dichloroacetylene is not soluble in water.
